Validation Services:
We provide validation services for air and water systems in buildings that have been altered or where HVAC systems have been replaced or refitted.
By monitoring the performance of the systems we are able to provide commissionability guidance and recommendations for improving performance and energy efficiency.
Environmental and Building Performance Testing:
Our skilled engineers can provide an accurate performance rating for your existing HVAC systems. Using a variety of techniques including environmental space temperatures, air flow pattern visualisation, ultrasonic flow measurements and thermal imagery we able to provide expert recommendations on how to improve the performance and efficiency of your systems.
Sampling
- Bacteriological samples are analysed using labs that are STL UKAS accredited.
- Standard water sample analysis conducted:
- E Coli
- Colliforms
- 2 Day plate count at 37C
- 3 Day Plate count at 22C
- Other sample analysis are available in addition to the above upon request.
Swabbing
Swabbing can be completed using a wide variety of foam swabs at various densities dependant upon the application it is required for.
